Event note: Rural Law Lecture Series

The next lecture in the series will take place on Thursday, 25 November 2021.

The law of sustainable use of natural resources (Recht der nachhaltigen Nutzung natürlicher Ressourcen RNR) aims at an overall view of the mostly sectorally considered legal matters dealing with the protection and use of the natural resources of cultivated land, forests, water and natural space (fauna and flora). The balancing of the diverging interests involved is ultimately not merely an interesting legal issue, but a fundamental turning point for the future shaping of human life.
