Eva-Maria Spreitzer is a PhD researcher in Organization and Management Studies at Leuphana University Lüneburg and an Associate Research Fellow at the University of the Arts Zurich (ZHdK). Previously, she earned a Master‘s degree in Social Innovation from Cambridge University and in Communication Science from Otto-Friedrich University Bamberg. Her doctoral research on an arts-based research project on climate change in the Alps asks how we might engage and organize with futures beyond prediction, planning, or speculation, and towards possibility, (trans-)configuration, and transformation, by exploring the roles of reflexivity and aesthetic practices in relation to and towards the „later-than-now“.
